Refund policy

Exchanges
If you have read the book sent to you in your Book Box, you can return the book to us and we will exchange it. You will need to contact us within 10 days from when your Book Box was sent (usually on the 20th of each month), otherwise we won't be able to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send us an email at hello@bookbox.co.nz to arrange return shipping.

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided the subscription was not originally bought as a gift voucher or a gift, and you are not a Lay Buy customer.
Send us an email at hello@bookbox.co.nz to arrange cancellation. For the months remaining on your subscription at the time it is cancelled, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to the bank account provided, within 14 working days.
